Glassblowing classes are open to students of all experience levels. In addition to our regular eight-week classes, we also offer a half-day introductory session.
Eight-week classes:
The focus for beginners is on learning to gather, shape, and handle hot glass, then make vessels and paperweights.
Total cost for each 8-session class is $550. A $100 deposit is required to hold a space. Tuition must be paid in full one week before the start of the class, or by arrangement. There are no refunds after that date if the class is full.
Half-day class:
Anyone interested in gaining a one-time, hands-on experience with glass techniques or considering further instruction will find this 3-hour session an easy and fun insight into the craft. We'll work on basic projects such as glass flowers, simple vessels and paperweights. Cost is $100. A $50 advance deposit is required.
