The Ferndale Downtown Development Authority will present information about amending the EXISTING Tax Increment Financing plan at a series of public meetings and encourages the public to attend to learn more about the future of Downtown Ferndale.

Monday, Feb. 13, 7:30 pm - DDA presentation to the Ferndale City Council, Ferndale City Hall.

Monday, March 12, 7:30 pm - Public Hearing regarding the TIF Plan Amendment at Ferndale City Council, Ferndale City Hall.
