CHANGE IS COMING!
Starting in early September, you won't need change to feed the meters anymore! Thanks to cell phone technology and mobile app geniuses who know how to make cool stuff happen, paying for parking in Downtown Ferndale will be as simple as making a phone call.
Parking rates will stay the same but you will be able to add onto your time without revisiting the meter. A small transaction fee of 35 cents will be charge. Regular visitors to Downtown Ferndale may also take advantage of a monthly sign up that will reduce that transaction fee to 25 cents. Cooler still, once you sign up, you can use the Parkmobile system anywhere in the world!
Registering is simple and to encourage you to do so, Parkmobile is giving away an iPad to one lucky user who signs up by September 18. Parkmobile will also be in Downtown Ferndale art fair weekend, September 16, 17 & 18 to answer questions you may have.
