The Ferndale DDA produces an annual Business Guide for the public in which all DDA businesses receive a free listing and opportunity for advertising is available to those in or outside the DDA.

Free Job Postings
Access to the special jobs announcements available exclusively to DDA members. This will help you access and advertise job vacancies to individuals in Ferndale and neighboring communities. Free Tenant Space Available postings
The Ferndale DDA offers a free tenant space available bulletin board. Only DDA members will be able to post notices about space they have available for rent or sale.

BUILD Program
Businesses or property owners interested in improving the appearance of their building can apply through the DDA for a 20% reimbursement for exterior improvements prior to construction. All applicants must follow the Design Guidelines of the DDA. Click here for an application for the BUILD program.
